Christine is a retired music teacher, and has always been involved in the 'musical world'. She first appeared on stage in the Belfast Hippodrome at the early age of 3 where she enthralled the audience with her singing and dancing.
As she grew up in Bangor, Northern Ireland, she learned to play several instruments, beginning with the piano. Her uncle was a celebrated musician playing the harmonica and she could have been heard playing the bass harmonica along with him.
Christine continued with her studies of the piano before learning to play the guitar. For some time she sang with folk groups around the country, whilst working with a local recording company, Emerald Records.
The harp is now her best loved instrument and nothing pleases Christine more, than to play her music. She plays in her church orchestra from time to time - although most of her playing is at civil or church weddings throughout Northern Ireland.
Cara's flautist is Lauren who is studying for her degree in music at university in Chichester.
